This will be my fourth year serving on this committee.  I served as the committee chair of the formation committee.  I love what we have done!   In the formation committee we helped write guidelines for all the committees we felt the organization needed to start out with.  We then assisted with the elections process.  We have now changed into the Governance committee and are putting together the membership details and guidelines.   I enjoy giving back to the industry that has done so much for all of us.
