Please tell us why you wish to serve in this office. You may include actions you wish to promote, or anything you would like members to know. Limit 500 words.

I have served on this new committee, for just a few months, but have long supported the goals of NSITSP, even before its actual existence.  I believe I can be an effective voice on this committee as we work through the complexities of creating the structure for the development of our members and their teams.

Relevant Experience

Candidate Prompt:
Please describe your relevant experience – what you bring to the office. Limit 500 words.

In addition to serving as the leader for my own organization for the past 36 years, I have served on multiple boards of directors, including 2 local chambers of commerce, and our local Rotary club, serving as president of each of these organizations.  I have always strived to develop both my own staff, as well as Chamber of Commerce staff to grow, and be excellent decision makers in their respective organizations.  I believe serving on the Professional Development Committee is a good fit for my skill set.
