Professional Development Committee

This committee is a standing committee that was created to design and oversee continuing education programs and certifications for the NSITSP.

Objectives

Define a program for continuing education for the IT industry.
Define a program for designating approved education providers.
Define a program for designating approved CE program (classes, seminars, etc.)

Deliverables / Outputs

Create actionable program descriptions that can be implemented and executed by the Executive Director’s office.

Critical Success factors

Participation by education providers and interested members.

Committee Roster

The Chair is voted in by the current Committee Members.
All Members and the Chair serve for a minimum of one year.
