This committee was formed with the intent of codifying the best-practices of governance for the National Society of Information Technology Service Providers (NSITSP) association and monitors their implementation.
The highest leadership body of the organization. Responsible for executing all the duties defined in the organization by-laws, either directly or through delegation to various committees and the executive director.
Create clear and concise messages, for both internal and external audiences, and then communicate these via various channels to further the goals of the NSITSP.
Provides advice and oversight of the NSITSP budget. Ensures available resources are utilized to provide programs and services to the member community.
Follows national and state legislation affecting our industry, expands the legislative self-advocacy skillset among the membership and acts as a recommending body to the Board of Directors.
