Speaker Bios:
Tracy Hardin, Founder/President – Next Century Technologies
Tracy Hardin is the founder and President of Next Century Technologies. She is originally from Ohio but has been a Kentucky resident since 1977. She has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Kentucky. Her continuing education includes certifications in computer networking and design from Novell and Cisco. She spent over a decade doing network administration in the corporate world before going on her own in 2001. She is also an alumnus of the Goldman-Sachs 10,000 Small Business entrepreneur program at Babson University in Boston.
Next Century Technologies started offering managed services in 2012 and Tracy hired her first employee that same year. She currently has a staff of 9 people. Challenges with staff and operations led her to hiring an EOS coach (Allen Edwards) in 2018 and implementing the EOS (Entrepreneur Operating System) program.
In 2024, Tracy completed her first two books: “How to Cyber Secure Your Business” and “How to Manage IT in Your Business”, both available on Amazon.
Tracy and her husband Joel live in Lexington, KY. She has one daughter in high school, Sarah, and an older stepdaughter, Sierha. Also in the house is a Frisbee-loving mutt, Brie, and a calico kitty named Lily.
Heather Johnson – Co-Founder/CEO – Gozynta
Heather Johnson, MBA, is a seasoned business consultant and senior leader, currently serving as the Vice President of the National Society of IT Service Providers. As the co-founder and CEO of Gozynta, she has been pivotal in driving the company’s growth since 2018, fostering a diverse and inclusive culture that celebrates individual strengths.
