NS ITSP Organizing Meeting – July 28th

The first organizing meeting was great. This meeting will be a little more “directed” and less free form.

Our primary topics will be:

1. Begin the process of forming committees, including a committee to work on mission, vision, and values
2. Begin the discussion of funding/membership levels
3. Organization: Meeting cadence going forward and agreement on agenda for next meeting
