Please take a look at California Senate Bill 244 – which extends “right to repair” to include electronics and appliances. We as an organization should take some kind of stand on the right to repair. Since it affects tens of thousands of SMB IT companies, and their clients, I think we should be seated at the table when decisions are being made.
News Flash – MSPs are already regulated with some compliance requirements being self-managed or even self-inflicted, in addition to what flows down from clients.
