Join us to hear as an MSP details the step-by-step events that unfolded during a hacking attack on a client with Microsoft365 and MFA enabled. We will go through the way the hack happened and the forensics that resulted. Additionally, we’ll have non-vendor specific follow up suggestions to help you avoid this potential issue. We will also open up for Q&A at the end of the presentation.

Andy Higgins (Picture attached) from IMCollaboration : BIO: Andy has worked in the email and collaboration field for over 30 years. He came to the USA in 1995 where he worked primarily on Infrastructure and Security Systems as both an employee and a consultant for IBM and Bank of America. Over the past 10 years he has run an independent IT consultancy in these areas. IMCollaboration works with large and small businesses with predominately the M365 stack.
