The National Society’s Legislative Committee is eager to start training members on building relationships with various legislators across the country. We know “the day will come” when legislation will directly affect IT consultants of all sizes. Regulations are rampant, and further legislation is coming.
The Legislative Committee has drafted some possible legislation for public discussion. This legislation is not approved or endorsed by the NSITSP, but is presented as a document we can use to inform and educate members, as well as legislators and the media.
